In addition to the great staff and the comfortable room, I enjoyed the location of the hotel. It is situated in the heart of the "ancient" city which features an old castle and narrow cobblestone streets. My room had a lovely view of the sea and beach front. It was lovely to stroll around the area - only pedestrians allowed. There were many nice restaurants, cafes, and boutiques.

The room was very clean and the staff very friendly. Also the location in the histirical centre was very nice.
The access to the rooms is quite inconvenient due to the external stairs which are estremely steep.

Very good location in the old town.
The room was without any view. The only window was at top of the room. No possible to park a car near the hotel. A man at the reception advice me to park a car at the street in the town. The next day in the town was manefestation and my car was evacuated by police as it was parked on the way of manefestants. So I was obliged to pay 119 euro penalties. After that I did not receive any discount. Very poor breakfast.

Its location in the centre of the Old Town was wonderful. The tasteful way in which the old buildings had been modernised as a first class apartment was brilliant.

The double room at Residenza Sveva was absolutely amazing! It had everything we needed, like air conditioning and a minibar. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels was a nice touch, and the city views from the room were stunning. The private bathroom with a shower was clean and spacious. As a relaxed and easygoing guest, I couldn't have asked for a better room!
Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the hairdryer in the bathroom. But hey, that's just me!

The rooms are very uniquely designed but the approach to the building they are in is a bit seedy. The Hotel is a series of rooms in a series of buildings and perhaps we just had an average location. The restaurant is phenomenal and the food and service is exceptional. The location is in the antique quarter of the old city and is very interesting to see. However, much of it is undergoing renovation.
Location of our rooms in a rather rundown building. I did not like having to cross the clothes hanging on the line of other residents (not the hotel) in order to get to our front door.
